Xing Ji mince pork noodles is quite famous in Singapore. I presume it is more famous than their next door neighbor as many people that I spoke to likes this stall more than Seng Hiang Food Stall.

This is the dry version, the noodles in dark sauce. The dark sauce is what gives this dish the “omph”. The bowl of soup that comes with it is full of minced pork floating in it. I should say a cloudy bout of flavour.

Very famous soup based minced pork noodles. When people mention Fenghan market or Bedok Bak Chor Mee, you will instantly think of this stall. Well, maybe their next door competitor as well. Lets get down to the food itself then. The soup is amazingly thick and tasteful.

Their ingredients used are fresh and generous fried pork lard niblets, minced grounded pork, along with pork slices, tasty and meaty meatballs, slight dose of vinegar, and dried salted fish. Amazingly satisfying.
