This is the pepperish version, and very addictive. The pepper punch to the soup is somewhat balanced out by the garlic. But its still very aromatic.

Started since 1978, They have a long history of trial and error. Till today, their soup base is still remarkably wonderful. The meat on the rib bone slides down the bone. With a dip of dark soy sauce and some chili, the pork simply taste tender and tasty. Simply delicious.
