First of all, the unit number isn’t really accurate. Reason being, they do not have a unit number. All the food stalls there, are consolidated in this area, where they share the address.
Nevertheless, lets get down to the food itself. From the pictures, you can tell that they offer a variety of selections. My personal pick would be No. 8. Fried Dumpling Fishball Ramen. You can have it dry, or soup. I prefer it dry, so that the essence and flavor would not be ruined by the soup.
The fishballs are actually fuzhou fishballs, with minced pork stuffed within. There is a generous amount of char siew given, and two moderate pieces of fried dumplings. These dumplings are flat, with minced veggies and meat. The crust has a slight fluffy texture, and yet crispy on the outside.
